Педагогічний колектив школи, керуючись стратегічним планом розвитку освіти району «Приоріллю - новий стандарт освіти» на період до 2027 року , продовжує реалізовувати державну політику інноваційного розвитку сільської школи. Інтенсивно впроваджуються інформаційно–комунікаційні технології навчання та виховання,формується креативна конкурентноспроможна особистість шляхом співробітництва та співтворчості (учитель-учень).Одним із головних напрямків роботи школи є формування інноваційної особистості учня, моральності та духовності учнів на народних традиціях,.

Teachers staff of the school following the Strategic Plan of Educational Development of district “New standart of education to Priorillya” for the period till 2027 keeps on realization of state politics of innovational development of modern village school. Informational and communicational technologies of teaching and implemented upbrinding are intensively. Creative and competitive personality is fond formed by the way of cooperation and co-creation . One of the main directions of the school work is formation of student’s morality and spirituality on the base of folk traditions .
